Welcome!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked in the Northern Virginia area since 2017. I have worked in a mobile crisis unit, a therapeutic day program and private practice. I work with children, adolescents, young adults and their families to address a variety of concerns using evidence-based practices. To learn more about which approaches I utilize, read the Clinical Services page.
I encourage each of my clients to lean into the experience with willingness, openness and self-compassion. My goal is to help my clients learn about their own resourcefulness and lead a more fulfilling life.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and what I love most is my time spent with Hank, pictured to the left! Hank is my six year old silver labrador pup. He is an energetic and goofy guy who loves hiking and playing fetch with his favorite ball.
